Seneviratne’s passion for baking is seen through each page as she shares recipes that are light on sugar and the emphasis placed on spice. The recipes are easy to follow, and any hard-to-find ingredients, she shares a suitable substitute. Sharing fresh take on exotic recipes and making them a delightful addition to your home.
I really enjoy this cookbook and plan to bake more frequently from it.
