Tomato Bisque

Tomato Bisque

1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, minced
14.5 oz. can tomato puree
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 potato, chopped
Salt and pepper

Cook 30 minutes.

Puree.

Garnish with parsley or chives.

Yields: 4 servings
